Saddle Roofing is a family-run roofing company whose mission is to install quality roofs using trusted materials, stand behind our work with industry-leading warranties, and build lasting relationships in the communities we serve.
We are seeking a field-based Project Manager who is a strong communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver to manage residential roofing projects from initial inspection through close-out.

Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections for retail and insurance projects
- Sell roofing projects through individual- and company-generated leads
- Create retail estimates that meet expected profit margins
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
- Communicate with insurance companies when applicable
- Schedule and coordinate install crews
- Oversee jobs to ensure quality workmanship
- Complete post-install quality control inspections
- Track materials and inventory
- Set ladders and coordinate permit inspections
- Follow up on warranty and service calls
- Maintain accurate project documentation in company systems
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Accurate, confident roof inspections
- Working knowledge of company systems (JobNimbus and CompanyCam)
- Strong sales presentation resulting in signed contracts
- A proactive, self-driven work ethic
- Consistent, professional customer communication
Qualifications
- Preferred: 3+ years in roofing, construction, and/or sales (Will train the right candidate)
- Roofing system knowledge or ability to learn quickly
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle (truck preferred)
- Automobile insurance and general liability insurance
- Must disclose any felony convictions
Schedule & Availability
- Set your own hours, with expectation of average 6 days/week during peak season (May - October) and 2 days/week during off-season (November - April)
- Weekend work expected during peak season
- Must be reachable by phone and able to communicate with customers and ownership
Compensation
- Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential
- Annual compensation range estimated to be $60k - $175k +
- Performance incentives tied to sales goals
- Vehicle allowance for wrapped personal vehicles
